2. Referral Program Terms of Service
2.1 Eligibility
The OruLiving Referral Program is open to individuals who refer new property owners for OruLiving’s property management services.
2.2 Qualifying Referrals
To qualify:

The referred property owner must sign a management agreement with OruLiving

The property must go live and host at least one guest check-in under OruLiving management

The referral must be submitted prior to the owner’s first contact or clearly attributed to the referrer during onboarding
2.3 Referral Reward
Referrers will receive a reward (amount may vary based on promotion) 30 days after the first completed guest stay at the referred property. This ensures the property is actively managed and the stay is successfully completed.
2.4 Payment Method
Rewards will be paid via Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods. Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment information. OruLiving is not liable for delayed or misdirected payments due to incorrect details.
2.5 Program Modifications
OruLiving may update, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice. Changes will not affect referrals already qualified and in process.
2.6 Abuse or Misuse
Any attempt to abuse the program — including false referrals, self-referrals, or misrepresentation — will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
2.7 Agreement
By participating, you agree to these terms and confirm that your referral activity aligns with our program guidelines.
